CHELSEA TANNER, DMA | CERTIFIED LIFE AND WEIGHT COACH
No more worry. No more shame. No more obsessing about food.
Figuring out how to eat when you have endless cravings can feel hopeless.
The diet industry promises happiness and life-changing "solutions," but how's that going?
The food isn't the problem. Your body isn't the problem. You are not the problem.
The problem is how we are conditioned to think. This is the stuff the diet industry doesn't want us to know:
How to gain control without willpower, diets, or shaming yourself into eating differently.
HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD A NORMAL RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD?
Imagine if you no longer had the desire to overeat...
Sounds crazy right?
How much more time, brain space, and energy would you have to dedicate to things that truly matter to you, instead of thinking about food all the time?
Seriously, what would be the difference between living the rest of your life emotional eating, and finally gaining control back?
Sounds impossible right?
Think again... It is 100% possible.
You can absolutely become a person who doesn't stress out about food.
You can be that "normal" person who only has one piece of cake at the party.
What would it mean to you to be free of the food-obsession, compulsive/emotional eating, and diets for GOOD?
To me... This meant I would get my damn life back.
Hey, I'm Chelsea!
I'm now that normal person who only has one piece of cake (and I don't beat myself up for it).
I used to be the person trying to decide if I should eat a third Quest Bar in my bed at night because I just wanted to feel better and it fit into my carb/calorie/fasting rules. My diet of gouda cheese, low-carb chocolate, and Quest Bars fit perfectly into the Keto diet (*eye-roll*).
The diet industry can get us caught up in all kinds of crazy behavior. I was food-obsessed, shamed myself in the mirror for motivation, and tried to keep restricting in order to be thin and happy...
Yeah, that sh*t didn't work...
I had never been more miserable.
After binge eating everything from whole heads of broccoli to entire boxes of cereal, (trying to throw away the cereal then digging it out of the trash...) I knew I couldn't live the rest of my life this way.
Here's what I learned:
It isn't food, or your body, or the latest diet trend that will solve this.
It's your mind.
So the good news is...
You already have everything you need to take your damn life back.
