WINNING MINDSET ACADEMY

THE

THE ONLY COURSE MADE FOR CLASSICAL MUSICIANS TO HELP THEM GAIN CONFIDENCE IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR PLAYING.

THIS IS THE STUFF YOU DON'T LEARN IN MUSIC SCHOOL.

How to handle self-doubting thoughts that seem to creep in at the worst time.

How to become resilient in the face of rejection.

How to finally believe that you ARE "good enough."

How to feel confident when you walk on stage or into an audition.

HOW THIS WORK WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Let's be real, having a career in the classical music world is rough.

It means long hours of practice, delayed gratification, and a whole lot of rejection.

Nobody tells us how to handle all the thoughts and feelings that come up when we get some harsh feedback, don't get into summer festivals, or can't seem to advance in auditions.

Imagine knowing you could handle all of it. How much more would you put yourself out there?

What if you cultivated true confidence in your ability and loved how you played? How much more willing would you be to seek and take new opportunities?

This mindset stuff is important because it is how we interpret our entire lives. If you want a sustainable career (without the burnout), this shift in mindset is essential.

OKAY, BUT CONFIDENCE HAPPENS EVENTUALLY IF I PRACTICE ENOUGH, RIGHT?

I REALLY WISH THAT WERE THE CASE...BUT

CONFIDENCE IS NEVER GUARANTEED.

You can practice all the hours, do everything right, get all the validation, and still feel like you're not good enough. Why?

It is ALL about your mindset and how to manage your thoughts.

(once again not part of the music school curriculum)

How do I know this?

This is exactly what happened to me...

My name is Chelsea Tanner (DMA) and I have struggled with this stuff for a long time.

I have all of the music degrees, have taken dozens of auditions, gone to festivals, won competitions, checked all the boxes.

An I still felt inadequate, like I wasn't good enough, like I wasn't valued.

And I had no idea what to do...

Until I found mindset coaching. I thought it was so life-changing that I got certified myself to help other musicians like you actually enjoy their careers.

Nobody talks about their insecurities on social media, it is easy to think you're alone in having these thoughts (but you're definitely are not alone).

HOW DOES ONE CHANGE THEIR MINDSET?

HOW THIS WORK HAS HELPED MUSICIANS

Over time I became less afraid to “make mistakes”, questioned the idea of what a mistake even is, learned how to truly enjoy the process of learning and practicing rather than obsessing with the outcome, and stopped obsessing over trying to achieve “perfection” (and so so so many more things I've learned). I learned that almost all musicians go through the same struggles and feelings of inadequacy, which made me feel so much less alone in my lifelong musical journey!
